Feeling Hunger

Absolutely nothing worse than feeling hungry (well, also could include being tired, sick and stressed out), but hunger takes las palmas. Last Monday we invite 2 friends to dinner. We had a meal healthy and delicious, totally cooked by us (with a little help from my husband). That is exactly what was on the table: chicken breasts with lemon buttered rice with a touch of sea salt and butter Zucchini and broccoli, sauteed with fresh garlic and oil of coconut colorful with my famous homemade dressing famous salad dressing Home: olive oil, vinegar of Apple, mustard, minced fresh garlic and lots of love. He had not even spent an hour when my friend Jeff told me he was hungry! Friend, you ate enough for an entire people and are now are telling me that you’re hungry? What I have observed with Jeff during the last meal we have shared is that when consumed meats and proteins that have very low in fat (chicken breast, lean fish, lean Buffalo) very shortly thereafter returns to feel hunger. This is why you must know what your metabolic type to choose foods that will work your body better.
